Migraines describes intense head pain which is often one side, although could be anywhere on the head and may or may not follow an aura (a visual or sensory sensation).  The cause of migraines isn’t clearly understood but we do know that there can be certain factors which contribute to their onset.

One such factor is an issue in the upper neck.
